Working here is fast-paced, non-stop, and a little unpredictable—and we love it.Your area of focus.We are looking for an experienced Lot Manager to oversee the maintenance and organization of our vehicle lot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and efficiently managed, along with handling various administrative tasks. This role will require an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and working independently while supporting our operations.What drives your day-to-day?

Keep all vehicles in the lot clean, well-maintained, and organized.
Transport vehicles to and from the body shop for repairs or maintenance as needed.
Ensure timely delivery and pick-up of vehicles to customers or other locations.
Perform routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper condition.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot.
Ensure that vehicles are parked in an orderly manner and that all vehicles are easily accessible for transport and delivery.
Handle various administrative tasks.

What are the must-haves…

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Physical ability to move vehicles and manage tasks in all weather conditions.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
