About the opportunityAs the Services Delivery, Partner Alliance Director, you will play a critical role in building and expanding strategic alliances to drive business growth through key partnerships. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Services Delivery (SIs) that drive revenue, customer acquisition, and market expansion. You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to create joint go-to-market strategies and develop partnerships that accelerate business growth.You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with top-tier SI partners. The role requires a strong ability to build executive relationships, lead co-sell and co-marketing initiatives, and ensure that SI partners are equipped to deliver successful Dayforce implementations.This is a remote position with up to 50% travel.What You’ll Get to DoStrategic Partner Management & Growth
  • Act as the General Manager for SI partnerships, driving strategy, execution, and success.
  • Develop and execute a partner alliance strategy aligned with sales objective.
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships with SI partners to drive joint business success.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to track performance and ensure alignment with revenue and growth objectives.
  • Ensure SI partners are fully enabled with the training, tools, and resources needed to sell and implement Dayforce solutions effectively.
Go-to-Market & Sales Execution
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with SI partners to drive pipeline creation and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the direct sales team to support pipeline development and align SI partners with key customer opportunities.
  • Drive co-marketing and demand generation activities, including campaigns, events, and webinars, to increase Dayforce’s market presence.
  • Ensure partners understand the full value proposition of Dayforce and are effectively positioning it with their customers.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Partners and Delivery Assurance to ensure alignment on partner-related activities and to deliver successful outcomes through joint initiatives.
Customer Success & Delivery Excellence
  • Collaborate with Services and Delivery Assurance teams to ensure SI partners are providing high-quality implementations and customer success.
  • Guide partners through onboarding, enablement, and continuous development to enhance their delivery capabilities.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential conflicts between SI partners and internal teams.
  • Lead escalations when necessary, ensuring smooth collaboration between partners and customers.
Market Intelligence & Performance Tracking
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and partner ecosystem dynamics.
  • Analyze partner performance and provide regular reporting on pipeline development, revenue growth, and partnership success.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on market insights and partner feedback.
Skills & Experience We Value
  • 15+ years of experience in alliances, partner management, or business development, with a focus on managing strategic SI partnerships.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through SI partnerships, with experience in firms like EY, PwC, Deloitte, and Accenture strongly preferred.
  • Experience in HCM, WFM, or Payroll software solutions is a strong asset.
  • Strong background in developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies with partners.
  • Ability to build trusted executive-level relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize partnership strategies.
  • Executive level communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing alliances with System Integrators, Consulting Partners, and other strategic alliances that drive revenue growth and customer success.
  • High energy – brings optimism, innovative ideas and a play-to-win attitude
  • Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
