- Coordinate high-volume hiring requests across multiple business units, ensuring accuracy, speed, and alignment with operational needs
- Partner with recruiters to support candidate screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination
- Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication and ongoing support throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate data in Workday and support job postings and sourcing activities
- Provide status updates, and escalate risks impacting hiring timelines to recruiters
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, coordination, or administration in a high-volume environment
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong business acumen with a focus on delivering timely, accurate results
- Experience with collective agreements, pre-job requirements, or industrial environments is an asset
- Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or related field is an asset
