Partnering closely with a team of recruiters and business leaders, you will help deliver a best-in-class experience for both candidates and hiring managers.   • Coordinate high-volume hiring requests across multiple business units, ensuring accuracy, speed, and alignment with operational needs
  • Partner with recruiters to support candidate screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication and ongoing support throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in Workday and support job postings and sourcing activities
  • Provide status updates, and escalate risks impacting hiring timelines to recruiters
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, coordination, or administration in a high-volume environment
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on delivering timely, accurate results
  • Experience with collective agreements, pre-job requirements, or industrial environments is an asset
  • Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or related field is an asset
