Forklift Operator - Rotating Shift Days

- Transports product from the production line to the designated warehouse area.
- Inspects lift truck each day for needed maintenance. Fills out the appropriate form.
- Monitor forklift area raw materials such as labels and hot melt glue and report any deficiencies to the appropriate personnel.
- Operate the in-line labeling system and apply the correct label and placard to finished product.
- Participates in plant programs, such as safety, training, housekeeping, recycling etc.
- Ensure that the product is stored, handled, and moved damage free.
- Notifies Supervisor of any product/quality issues seen when handling the product.
- Re-Introduce product to the line for re-packaging.
- Feed fabrication areas with raw materials necessary for off-line products.
- Remove reselect material from the conveyor system after the stacking cage.
- Complete all necessary stock movement and production paperwork.
- Performs other job-related duties consistent with the nature of the job as directed by management.
- Certified forklift operator
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role3
- Ability to pass a forklift test
- Available to work weekly rotational shifts
