Duties and Responsibilities:Assignments vary, but common duties include:
  • Driving - Shuttling vehicles, moving cars around lots, basic detailing
  • General Labour - Lifting, organizing, loading/unloading materials
  • Site Clean-Up - Sweeping, removing debris, janitorial tasks
  • Warehouse Work - Picking/packing, shipping & receiving, swamping
  • Landscaping - Yard maintenance, construction landscaping
  • Construction & Carpentry Support - Assisting framers, reading blueprints
Education:
  • High School or Equivalent (asset)
Qualifications:
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License and a reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to travel to various work sites (often not transit accessible)
  • Physical ability to lift around 50 lbs regularly (not required for some roles)
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-focused attitude
Experience:
  • No experience required - entry-level opportunities available
  • Background in landscaping, construction, or warehouse work is a plus
Base Salary: $18-22/hr+ depending on assignment
  • Temporary employees are payrolled weekly via direct deposit.
Work Hours: FLEXIBLE - depending on assignment
  • Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts available
  • Monday - Friday (occasional weekend shifts available)
  • Up to 40+ hours per week
  • Part time opportunities available - 1-3 days per week
