The OpportunityThis isn't just another Project Director role. You'll be stepping into a leadership position that mirrors the scope and influence of an Operations Manager, Director of Operations, or Construction Manager at other firms - but with a critical difference: this company is employee-owned, and they've been achieving record profits while delivering meaningful returns to their shareholders - who are also their builders.As Project Director, you'll oversee a project portfolio ranging from $30M to $100M in value concurrently, managing multiple Project Managers and delivery teams.   • Leading a team of Project Managers and site teams across multiple concurrent ICI projects
  • Driving project performance, profitability, and client satisfaction
  • Overseeing portfolio-level P&L and ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded
  • Championing a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Mentoring and inspiring your teams to grow, thrive, and deliver their best work
