We are building solutions that enable our customers in the transformation to a smarter and more sustainable planet.Job Summary:The Product Manager for Networking Solutions will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Semtech's AirLink networking portfolio, including edge routers, gateways, and associated software solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in cellular networking, IoT connectivity, and edge computing who can translate market needs into compelling product offerings that drive revenue growth and market leadership.Responsibilities:Product Strategy & VisionDefine and communicate the product vision and strategy for the networking solutions portfolioConduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer researchDevelop and maintain a 3-year product roadmapDrive product positioning and differentiation strategiesProduct Planning & ExecutionTranslate customer requirements into detailed product specificationsCollaborate with engineering teams on features and release schedulesPrioritize features and manage product backlogMonitor development progress and ensure on-time deliveryDefine and track key product metrics and KPIsGo-to-Market & Business DevelopmentPartner with marketing on product messaging and launch strategiesSupport sales teams with training and competitive positioningEngage with key customers and partners for feedbackContribute to pricing strategies and business casesRepresent products at industry events and conferencesCross-functional LeadershipLead cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, and marketingDrive stakeholder alignment on product prioritiesFacilitate communication between technical and business teamsMinimum Qualifications:3+ years product management experience in networking/IoT/telecommunicationsBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Science, or EngineeringKnowledge of wireless networking technologies and ecosystem (customers, carriers, partners)Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes in a cross-functional, multi-disciplined teamExcellent presentation, written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently to develop key concepts and execute themRequired travel will be up to 15%Desired QualificationsExperience in public safety, utilities, or transportation marketsProven track record launching B2B technology productsFamiliarity with edge AI/ML applicationsPrevious experience at networking/IoT companiesA business degree such as an MBA is desired but not necessaryThe intent of this job description is to describe the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job.
