Chemical Services RepresentativeWould you like to take ownership of our customers needs to help them operate safely and efficiently?Do you enjoy providing a vital service to ensure successful on-site operations?Join our Upstream Chemical teamHelp support a safe and successful environmentAs a Chemical Services Representative, you will be responsible for:Implementing, monitoring, and assessing chemical injection systems and production fluids to ensure customer qualityMaintaining chemical and inventory surveillance and operating functions to ensure correct rates of operationTroubleshooting and correcting customer systems to resolve production related challenges and to ensure optimization of well performanceOverseeing product dosage rates and application changes for customer specifications to meet defined objectivesProviding technical guidance for mobilization and demobilization of chemical injection systems to ensure safety and performancePlacing orders of products, chemicals and delivering them to customers to ensure required inventory and stock levelsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a technical diploma, Degree or equivalent, related work experienceShow good, general technical knowledge of company's products and services and their applications to customer needs and requirementsBe a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problemsDemonstrate a customer-focused mindset and have a structured efficient approach to responding to customer needsBe fluent in English (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skillsShow a good understanding of IT such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Be able to travel and work between Swift Current and KindersleyDemonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environmentWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
