- Grow market share within assigned strategic and corporate accounts
- Increase product awareness and improve efficiency of the Corporate Accounts Office
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new customers into the strategic program
- Manage and support high‑profile customer relationships and job sites
- Act as a mentor and liaison in Sunbelt’s go‑to‑market strategy
- Coordinate efforts across PCM, DM, RSD, and RVP teams to drive results
- Minimum 4 years of sales management experience
- Strong customer service background
- Working knowledge of construction phases and equipment applications
- Understanding of equipment features, benefits, specifications, and operation
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and Adobe Acrobat
