Do you want the opportunity to guide a growing team while strengthening how the business operates every day?The roleAs Branch Manager / General Manager, you will lead the Montreal operations of Shortall Electric Ltd. and play a central role in the company’s continued growth.This role gives you real authority and visibility. You will guide the sales and operations teams, introduce stronger processes, and help the business perform at a higher level.You will work closely with ownership while taking responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the organization. Your leadership will help strengthen sales performance, improve operational structure, and create clearer accountability across the company.This is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Montreal, QC. Bilingual fluency in English and French is required to effectively support our customer base and manage relationships with our supplier partners.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will help the company grow while strengthening your own leadership impact.
