Position SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Superintendent with over 10 years of experience , ideally in ICI construction, to lead and manage field operations for large-scale projects. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented , detail-driven, and comfortable operating in a structured, process-driven environment , similar to that of a manufacturing facility.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specCollaborate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project executionEnforce and promote Health & Safety policies in accordance with company and regulatory standardsManage site documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, quality control records, and schedulesMonitor project milestones and proactively identify and resolve issues to avoid delaysLead site meetings and coordinate trades to maintain workflow and schedule adherenceRepresent the company professionally with clients, consultants, and municipal authoritiesQualifications10+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably on large ICI projectsStrong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specificationsProven ability to manage multiple trades and site operations efficientlyExceptional communication and client service skillsAdvanced proficiency with construction software and documentation systemsDemonstrated success working in structured environments , such as manufacturing-style settingsIn-depth knowledge of OHSA and best practices in Health & SafetyMust be based in the Greater Toronto Area and available for full-time site presence
