- Take ownership of technical business problems, identify and execute possible short and long-term solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with business development, product, engineering, marketing, insights and analytics, legal, etc... to deliver programs effectively.
- Develop mechanisms, processes, and measurement of partner performance and org-wide scalability.
- Identify global stakeholder needs and implement prioritization frameworks.
- Contribute to the definition of our partner program technical strategy and execution.
- Partner with customers, internal teams, external stakeholders, and various other Amazon groups to define the roadmap and associated priority.
- Work directly with complex third party partners, managing relationships, external dependencies, and end-to-end program coordination.Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPreferred Qualifications- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
