- Supervise staff to include scheduling and assigning duties.
- Implement all merchandising program
- Ensure standards of department presentation and operations are met; including cleanliness, inventory control, rotation, ordering and world-class customer service
- Responsible for ordering and inventory control
- Monitor to ensure schematic integrity, as well as 100% compliance on ad item display.
- Ensure proper backroom procedures are being met
- Ensure paperwork, as set by the division, is followed
- Responsible for the sales and profitability of the department
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff
- Lead/coach store employees; responsible for ensuring employees provide world-class customer service
- Reduce out-of-stocks
- Perform all other related duties assigned by Store Manager
