- Establish the training schedule for clients and partners to meet demand and coordinate the travel of our trainers across North America
- Assign application specialists to different training sessions based on their availability, skills, and geographic location
- Keep the activity and assignment calendar of the technical expertise team up to date
- Collaborate with numerous internal and external stakeholders to follow up on complex cases
- Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of the processes and tools used daily
- Assist in planning orientation and onboarding activities for new department employees
- Perform other related tasks
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (advanced level) *essential*
- Good aptitudes for clear and structured communications
- Be comfortable with multitasking
- Attention to detail and an advanced sense of organization
- Being a good team player
- Strong command of the tools in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience in using a CRM platform is an asset
- Experience in coordinating events is an asset
