About the CompanyOur client, a successful multi-location manufacturing company, is seeking to hire a Systems & Network Administrator (3 days onsite with possible travel to other locations for support). This role can be located out of Cambridge, Oshawa or North York offices.About the OpportunityThis is a Tier 3 role responsible for all aspects of IT Operations including project management, IT server infrastructure, virtualization (VMWare), network, cybersecurity, backup systems, business continuity and disaster recovery.This position is a key level 3 support role and escalation point for the IT team.Tier 3 must comfortably work across multiple layers of the stack—networking, server, cloud, security, applications, and automation. 100+ VMs, 10 sites (7 in Canada, 3 in US), 2 data centers, 100 switches (Cisco Catalysts), 800-1100 endpoints (thick and thin clients).There are managed services vendors managing firewalls, SIEM, etc. so more maintenance on those.Role will be heavier on server management - Windows servers/VM/AzureAD hybrid/M365/SharePoint/Veeam backups/ airwatch MDM.About YouCollege Diploma or Degree in IT related disciplines7-10 years of experience in Server/Network/Azure/SecurityWindows servers/VM, MDM, M365, PowerShell, Cisco (Meraki/Catalyst), SDWAN, VOIP, ITIL, BCP/DR, CrowdStrike SIEMVery strong communication skillsComing from smaller teams (wider skillsets)Ability to work in North York or Cambridge or Oshawa office 3 days per weekNeed a vehicle to travel to other locations as needed, infrequentBonus ItemsManufacturing industry experienceExperience in multi-location environmentsCertificationsSalary Range$95,000 - $110,000/yearHow to ApplyClick the “Apply Now” button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
