- Manage daily bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
- Maintain and update records using QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy and timely data entry
- Assist in processing payroll and preparing payroll reports
- Prepare financial reports for management and assist with month-end close
- Act as the primary contact for vendors and service providers
- Support the preparation of tax documents and coordination with outside accountants
- Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
- Proven background in bookkeeping and office administration
- Strong knowledge of AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
