We are working with our Civil General Contractor client to assist in mobilizing a large project near Kamloops/Southern Interior BC. We require a Quality Control Manager experienced in civil works to join our client on this exciting project for a minimum of 6 months.*See our other ads for more open positions on this project*Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in quality assurance software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed quality performance reports.
Create and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive quality control and assurance plan for the projectPerform regular site inspections and audits to identify quality issues, non-compliance, and potential risks.Verify that all construction activities, materials, and methods meet project specifications, Canadian building codes, and industry best practices.Create and maintain detailed records, including inspection reports, audit findings, test results, and non-conformance reportsAddress quality concerns and deficiencies by implementing timely and effective corrective actionsFacilitate meetings and host discussions with site teams, subcontractors, and senior management to communicate quality-related issuesIf this role matches your experience and you are ready to get involved, we'd like to hear from you.
