
Store Development Analyst | Contract until March 2026

- Collect, record, and maintain historical project cost details then generate custom tracking, reporting, and presentations as required for a wide range of audiences including senior leadership
- Collaborate with Construction, Retail Facilities and Finance on budget forecasting activities, perform project spend analysis, and develop/maintain financial reports/ models
- Facilitate monthly budget review meetings between Finance and budget owners
- Optimize and maintain all estimating, bidding, and budget summary tools/ resources
- Manage special projects and assignments as required by the Store Development Leadership Team
- Advance Excel and PowerBi skills are mandatory
- MS Office and database system experience preferred
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience creating reports for an executive audience
- Highly motivated, detail orientated, and dependable
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

- Proven work ethic with utmost integrity
- Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with internal and external business partners
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, statistics, engineering etc. preferred

The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 - $107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
