- Focus on generating leads and bringing in new business, through cold outreach, which may include new verticals.
- Work effectively with multiple internal departments, including our in-house Creative & Production team, to sell, execute and manage campaigns
- Research and manage potential leads and prospects through LinkedIn and industry database subscriptions to understand market dynamics and key players
- Become an expert in product categories and advertising best practices in order to persuade marketers to consider Brand Power tools
- Prepare quotes for qualified prospects and opportunities
- Utilize advanced AI tools and platforms (e.g., intent data platforms, natural language processing for market analysis) to identify and qualify new sales opportunities, target accounts, and key decision-makers.
- Attend key client meetings alongside BDMs to capture detailed notes, track action items, and provide real-time research or data assistance as needed, potentially using AI for transcription or summarization.
- Assist BDMs in preparing and structuring initial contract drafts, proposals, and other sales documentation, utilizing AI for content generation, legal clause review, or formatting efficiency.
- Build comprehensive organizational charts and stakeholder maps for target accounts, leveraging AI-powered data sources and visualization tools to understand complex client structures and identify key influencers.
- Develop and maintain documentation for AI best practices and new tool integrations for the New Business Team.
- Maintain meticulous records of all activities, prospect interactions, and sales data within our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness to support forecasting and reporting.
- University Degree (Business or Marketing preferred) or relevant experience
- 1-2 years of sales experience (CPG exposure is highly desirable)
- Multi-lingual candidates highly desirable
- High levels of initiative, self-motivation, and time management
- Competitive and ambitious nature, demonstrating a strong aptitude for sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
- Ideal candidates will be mobile and open to an opportunity to live and work in a different country if desired at some stage in the future
- The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45,000 to $70,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications
- Uncapped commission
