The role consists of a combination of Account Management as well as Business Development and 360 recruiting for a multi-national company with an outstanding reputation.
  • "Hunting" new business opportunities
  • Sourcing/recruiting high caliber candidates
  • Lead generation
  • Calling and Meeting candidate and client prospects weekly in construction industry vertical markets
  • Involvement in proposal process and developing and pitching proposals
  • Negotiating Commercial Terms of Business and Rates
