- Responsible for the delivery or revenue and margin target in Americas
- Provide strategic vision and implementation of that vision for the project management of professional services project in Americas.
- Manage a team of Project Managers working on customers projects.
- Primary connection for practice leadership on staffing and delivering projects in the region.
- Manage customer escalations on projects.
- Forecast and take responsibility for revenue generation.
- Manage external consultants for Project management.
- Ensure bid review and cost estimates for program.
- Ownership of the project management practice, revenue generated, and bid/scoping process.
- Implement a global thought leadership on improving practices and functions of ps delivery functions.
- Drive margin and efficiency change in the business, but standardizing delivery and practices
- Drive an expanded level of communication with OpenText customers through the project process.
- Improve awareness of trouble programs and proactively manage the risk and communication.
- PMP certification
- Demonstrated ability to successfully plan, implement, and deliver software solutions to fortune 500 companies
- Managing complex requirements and customers
- Organizing resources from both the Project management and the technical resources from technical practices inside of OpenText
- 10+ years of managing global and remote teams for professional services on enterprise software solutions.
- Ability to identify, retain and grow talent required for successful website development & maintenance.
- Requirements negotiation skills
