As a growing and vibrant community continues to drive demand, we are seeking a motivated professional who is passionate about helping clients and building a meaningful career in the insurance industry.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, providing tailored solutions, and contributing to the success of a high performing and supportive team.What You Will Do
  • Connect with clients to understand their needs through thoughtful and personalized conversations
  • Provide insurance quotes and clearly explain coverage options and solutions
  • Build strong relationships through proactive outreach, follow ups, and referrals
  • Deliver responsive, accurate, and professional service
  • Identify opportunities to improve client coverage and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Support a positive client experience through every interaction
What We Are Looking For
  • OTL Property and Casualty license or willingness to obtain
  • Experience in sales or client service is an asset, not required
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, engage, and build trust
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and desire to grow
