Employment Type: ContractJob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Lead to oversee a full-cycle ERP implementation for a Canadian organization. This role will be responsible for leading the project from discovery through go-live, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.The ideal candidate will have a strong background leading Business Central implementations and managing cross-functional stakeholders in a remote environment.Key Responsibilities*Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation
*Conduct discovery sessions and solution design workshops
*Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
*Oversee system configuration, integrations, and data migration
*Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
*Manage risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
*Support testing, user training, and go-live activities
*Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendationsRequired Qualifications*Proven experience leading full-cycle Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
*Strong functional knowledge in Finance (GL, AP, AR), Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution
*Experience working within consulting or partner-led environments preferred
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a remote setting
*Must be legally authorized to work in CanadaPreferred Qualifications*Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 Business Central
*Experience with integrations, third-party ISVs, or data migration tools
*Prior experience leading remote ERP implementations
