In this senior capacity, the role is required to collaborate with and communicate to internal stakeholders (merchandising, BA, etc.) and external partners (vendor community, UGC business partners, etc.). The primary objective is to execute program plans to hit UGC business targets and provide thought leadership in the execution of campaigns and initiatives. This role ensures customers receive a consistent experience, building trust through ratings and reviews.Key Responsibilities:Delivery & Execution (60%)
  • Hands-on execution of User Generated Content campaigns and initiatives
  • Works with cross-functional teams in order to meet deliverables
  • Extracts and shares business KPIs for the program
  • Pivots in response to challenges and observations and communicates this accordingly and urgently to stakeholders
  • Applies a tactical mindset to prioritize work accordingly
