We are looking for a seasoned Tech Lead - TIBCO to oversee and guide our integration initiatives. The role involves maintaining existing TIBCO assets, leading their migration to Azure microservices, and providing technical leadership to the team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in legacy integration platforms as well as modern cloud-native architectures, with a strong focus on driving modernization and best practices.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support existing TIBCO assets.
- Document and lead the migration of integration assets to Azure microservices.
- Understand and work with legacy integration stacks, including TIBCO and MuleSoft.
- Design, implement, and support modernization initiatives using Azure microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth migration and modernization.
- Hands-on experience with TIBCO integration tools and assets.
- Strong understanding of legacy integration stacks, including MuleSoft and TIBCO.
- Hands-on experience with Azure microservices and cloud-based modernization projects.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Markham 3-4 days per week (non-negotiable)
- Prior experience in migrating legacy integration solutions to cloud-native architectures.
- Knowledge of additional cloud platforms or integration technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex integration environments.
