- Carry out needs analysis and prioritize requests
- Document the project deployment plan and review user manuals
- Document processes upstream and downstream of workflow creation
- Keep the knowledge base up to date
- Configure workflows and metadata maps
- Oversee and manage the deployment, testing period, corrections and implementation of workflows
- Assume a front-line advisory role with users and super-users.
- Write training plans and train users
- Manage classes (metadata)
- Manage access and user groups
- Import/create users
- Process user tickets
- Develop the tools
- Experience with document management software (M-Files)
- Knowledge of business processes in the naval industry (an asset)
- Be comfortable with process mapping
- University degree in a related field
- Rigor, ability to synthesize and customer focus
- Mobilizing leadership
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Fluency in French (written and oral) and intermediate level English (written and oral)
