- Develop and execute a business development strategy that drives short- and long-term growth in IFM.
- Lead initiatives to secure new clients, expand service offerings, and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue opportunities with key decision-makers across target industries.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, engineering, finance, marketing) to craft winning proposals and solutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations for large-scale contracts.
- Ensure smooth handoff to operations for successful service delivery.
- Monitor pipeline progress, forecast performance, and report to senior leadership.
- Align business development efforts with organizational goals and market trends.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, operations, or client-facing roles within facilities management.
- Proven success in driving growth strategies and securing large-scale contracts in IFM or related services.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
- Results-driven with a focus on operational excellence and accountability.
- Superior critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Solid experience in Integrated Facilities Management.
- Strategic thinking and market analysis.
- Proven relationship-building at the executive level.
