
Senior Law clerk

- Hybrid position: 3 days on sites, 2 days from home
- 3 week vacation and 10 personal days off annually

- Respond to escalated client inquiries via portal, email, or phone
- Review title searches and apply underwriting guidelines across multiple provinces
- Support training, cross-training, and development plans for new and existing staff
- Supervise and coach team members, offering daily feedback and support
- Work closely with the Manager to drive employee engagement and operational goals
- Stay current with lender and corporate policies, ensuring team compliance
- Completion of a Law Clerk or Legal Administration program or equivalent experience
- 3-4 years of mortgage-related experience, including independent handling of real estate files
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with experience in coaching or mentoring staff
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Proven ability to manage confidential information and competing priorities
