- Support Marketing Communication Business partner in developing and maintaining the division’s editorial strategy.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to showcase and raise the Division’s profile through thought leadership occasions such as events, tradeshows, conferences, and corporate engagements.
- Support communication activities and content creation for events and sponsorship opportunities.
- Coordinate internal communications for the division’s marketing communications campaigns, quarterly marketing news video, and other ad-hoc and special programs’ needs.
- Maintain the internal recipients’ list for the Division’s internal communications and manage reporting.
- Coordinate communications aimed at our Distributor channel for our marketing communications campaigns, quarterly newsletters, and other ad-hoc needs. Manage reporting.
- Monitor the Division’s Trade Media presence; collaborate with Marketing operation manager to organize metrics and visuals, gather results, share insights.
- Monitor the Division’s Distributor Media presence; collaborate with Marketing operation manager to organize metrics and visuals, gather results, share insights.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications to share the Division’s Social Media presence report.
- Second year+ university student
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in both French and English.
- Creative and enthusiastic with an excellent organizational ability.
- Independent self-starter with the ability to deliver projects on time and work diligently in com-plex environments.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
