- Supervise and lead a team of approximately 10 employees;
- Train and onboard new staff members;
- Ensure accurate preparation and assembly of food and non-food services according to customer specifications;
- Check service trays for compliance with client requirements;
- Complete traceability documents (e.g., exposure time sheets);
- Maintain full compliance with good hygiene and manufacturing practices (HACCP, FIFO, etc.);
- Perform cleaning and sanitation of work areas as per the cleaning schedule;
- Estimate and communicate daily team needs (equipment and staff) to the immediate supervisor;
- Support other departments as needed by filling in for absent team members;
- Monitor production timelines and ensure all tasks stay on schedule;
- Supervise breaks and ensure staff follow break time policies.
