- Practice agile methodologies (i.e., daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
- Prepare weekly and monthly updates on projects
- Remove team impediments that prevent or hinder team capability
- Facilitate discussion, decision-making and conflict resolution
- Partner with Project Managers, working closely with them to effectively create, maintain and groom the product backlog
- Acquires, customizes, documents, integrates, communicates and implements comprehensive IT standards and guidelines.
- Support contractor onboarding/renewals. Identify escalations as needed.
- Formulate system scope and objectives, and validate the developed requirements, testing, training, and implementation of applications.
- Assist internal business groups on process improvement projects
- Proactively identify and mitigate issues and risks
- Partner with Project Managers, contribute to the development & implementation of the program roadmap
- Take tangible steps to contribute to the building of a high performing team, a culture of experimentation and continuous improvements as well as a high trust working environment
- Identify and implement meaningful team performance matrices to spot light improvement opportunities.
- Knowledgeable and experience in Agile methodology
- Results-oriented and highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and ability to apply this knowledge to target root cause of complex issues;
- High attention to detail

- Works well under pressure and time constraints and can prioritize competing priorities appropriately;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum 4+ years working experience required
- Minimum 3+ years of Scrum Master experience required
- Capital Market experience preferred
- Experience working with business intelligence and analytics tools/projects preferred.
