If so, Cleantech Service Group invites you to join our tight-knit community of professional Rope Access Technicians as a Site Supervisor - Level 3.Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Mentor and coach our Rope Access Technicians, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Project Management: Oversee project execution, manage resources effectively, and maintain budget adherence to meet client expectations.
Quality Assurance: Set and maintain high standards for performance, conduct inspections, and drive corrective actions as needed.
Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with team members and management to align project goals and objectives.
Equipment Management: Manage equipment maintenance, inspections, and inventory to support operational needs.
Continuous Improvement: Identify training needs and opportunities for improvement to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.What You Bring to the Role:

Level 3 Rope Access certification from IRATA or SPRAT.
5+ years of experience in high-rise window cleaning and maintenance, demonstrating expertise in technical and safety aspects.
Passion for team development and a commitment to fostering a strong safety culture.
Proactive approach to optimizing operations and enhancing client satisfaction.
Strong ethical foundation, upholding company values and maintaining a reputation for quality.

Salary: CA$40.00 - CA$45.00 per hourExperience:

Rope Access Cleaner: 5 years (required)

Rope Tech Level 3: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:
