Course Schedule: Lecture: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1030-11:20 am; Laboratory; Tuesday 1:30 pm to 4:20 pm
Expected Enrollment Limit: 20
Qualifications: Minimum of a M.Sc. degree in Food Science or related discipline along with 5-years minimum of teaching or industry experience in Food Product Development. Knowledge of food product development, food safety, food regulations, marketing and food processing will be an asset.Appointment periods include additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrolment.Application Process:
