Position Overview: We are seeking talented Visual Designers with exceptional to support our agency client. They have freelance and full-time opportunities. As a Visual Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually engaging and impactful presentations – visual themes and assets are built using Creative Suite and AI tools. Your keen eye for design, impeccable layout abilities, and creativity will help elevate our client’s communication efforts and ensure their presentations captivate and resonate with their target clients.Key Responsibilities:Visual Storytelling: Understand content and messaging objectives from the internal teams’ mood boards & pre-established look & feel. Transform raw data, information, and concepts into visually compelling narratives that effectively communicate key messages.Layout Excellence: Demonstrate a strong command of layout principles, utilizing typography, colour, imagery, and whitespace to create balanced and harmonious presentation designs. Ensure that each slide is visually cohesive and aligned with brand guidelines.Design Consistency: Maintain a high level of design consistency throughout all presentation materials. Ensure that the overall design direction aligns with the company’s visual identity and enhances brand recognition.Creative Problem Solving: Approach design challenges with innovation and creativity. Find unique solutions to present complex information in an easily understandable and visually appealing manner. * Client Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand their presentation needs, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to meet project goals and expectations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Mid Journey, PowerPoint, or other relevant software, to create polished and professional presentation materials.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in presentation design and layout.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools (ex. Midjourney)
  • Willingness to plug assets into PowerPoint.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to design consistency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
