- Provide support to construction managers and construction leadership to effectively administer project delivery, responsibilities include construction coordination, document and control, subcontractor coordination, site administration, and site communication
- Provide input from the field to support regular schedule updates
- Read, review, and understand the project requirements and scope of work
- Assist in project control and tracking cost information as it pertains to construction activities
- Assist in tendering, negotiating, and preparation of trade contracts not provided by pre-construction services delegated by the Construction Manager
- Attend and record minutes for construction progress meetings
- Assist with the coordination and maintenance of as-built drawings
- Prepare and issue Field Review Reports, change notices, site instructions, and clarification as needed
- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others
- Inform the Construction Manager (CM) and others about construction status and issues that may impact client relations or project performance
- Provide assistance to ensure project HSE and Work Methods Standards are being met
- Manage cost and production tracking for the respective Construction Managers
- Utilization of construction cost management platform (Viewpoint) to manage all project progress
- Provide administrative support related to time-entry or onboarding as required
- Ensures project meets or exceeds goals established in pre-construction plans
- Additional support for other Operations teams as required
- Minimum of two (2) + years of experience in Construction Coordination or relevant role, is required.
- Degree (Bachelor/Master) in construction engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, project management or a related technical discipline. A combination of education and years of experience will be considered
- Demonstrated skills in written and verbal communication, coordinating resources as well as the ability to analyze data and solve problems
- A friendly professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required
- Able and willing to provide an acceptable five (5) year Driver's Abstract
