Enterprise Account Executive (Manufacturing Software / ERP / MES)Location: Greater Toronto Area (Hybrid – Markham / Yonge & St. Clair, 2 days/week is highly preferred)Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 CAD base + commission (OTE ~$260K–$300K+)
Expectatioms is 75% of OTE in the first 12 months, and 100% in the second year. There are a number of deals in the pipeline that could provide the opportunity to hit 100% of OTE in the 1st 12 months for someone who ramps quickly.Employment Type: Full-TimeTravel and Territory: Must be able to travel internationally across North America and Asia-Pacific without visa restrictions or sponsorship, with travel requirements up to 50%.About the CompanyOur client is a specialized software provider focused on the manufacturing sector, delivering enterprise solutions across production management, scheduling, quality, and operational optimization.With an established presence across North America and a growing global footprint, the organization supports large-scale industrial operations through a combination of deep domain expertise and modern software capabilities.The company operates within a broader global software ecosystem, offering the stability of a larger organization while maintaining the agility of a focused, product-driven business.Role OverviewWe are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth across North America within the manufacturing and industrial sector.This is a full-cycle, high-impact sales role focused on developing and closing net-new enterprise opportunities. You will be responsible for building pipeline, engaging senior stakeholders, and managing complex sales cycles within a niche but highly valuable industry vertical.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closeDevelop and execute outbound strategies to generate new pipelineIdentify and engage decision-makers across manufacturing organizations (Operations, IT, Executive leadership)Lead product demonstrations and solution discussions aligned to client needsManage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunitiesAccurately forecast sales activity and revenueCollaborate with internal teams including product, implementation, and leadershipTarget ProfileMust-Have Experience5–10+ years of B2B software sales experienceProven success in a full-cycle Account Executive roleExperience selling ERP, MES, manufacturing software, industrial SaaS, or closely adjacent solutionsStrong track record of meeting or exceeding quotaDemonstrated ability to generate a significant portion of pipeline independentlyExperience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesCandidates without experience in ERP, MES, or manufacturing/industrial software environments are unlikely to be a fit.Preferred / Additional StrengthsExperience selling into manufacturing or industrial environmentsExposure to highly technical or operationally complex software solutionsExperience in pulp and paper or closely related industriesExperience working within smaller, agile or portfolio-backed environmentsCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $130,000 – $160,000 CADCommission structure aligned to enterprise sales performance (OTE ~$260K–$300K+)Comprehensive benefits packageLong-term growth opportunities within a global software ecosystemWork EnvironmentHybrid model: 2–3 days onsite in the Greater Toronto Area (Markham and/or Yonge & St. Clair)Collaborative, high-performance team environmentExposure to global clients and enterprise-level engagementsWhy JoinEstablished product with strong traction in a specialized industryOpportunity to own and build a meaningful territoryBacked by a larger global software network providing stability and resourcesHigh earning potential with direct impact on growthApplication ProcessQualified candidates will be contacted for an initial discussion.
