You are comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and changes. You love to take initiative, and have a bias towards action. You are not afraid to tackle difficult problems and dive into new technologies. Intuit has embraced a hybrid way of working. This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working from our Toronto office 3 days per week. Responsibilities
  • Drive large-scale projects to completion, from inception to production.
  • Interface directly with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery
  • Mentor other team members and foster a culture of growth
  • Operate in a fast-moving environment, make quick decisions, and execute fiercely to deliver outcomes
  • Take passion in going deep into critical issues and apply the learnings back into the product and team, whether technical or procedural
  • Deep empathy and staunch advocacy for the customer
