- Collect and interpret loan onboarding documentation, such as credit agreements or deal packages
- Setup new loans in the loan management system and review for accuracy
- Interpret and process loan lifecycle events on loan management systems
- Reconcile loan related cash activity and investigate any differences between accounts and the loan management system.
- Escalate any differences to external parties and facilitate corrective action
- Monitor client requests and escalate as required
- Work with internal TMF teams to achieve flawless service to our Clients
- University degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
- Loan documentation experience is not required, however; the successful candidate is expected to take full advantage of training and resources
- Experience using loan administration platforms such as Sentry, Solvas, and LoanIQ is an asset
