- Manage and optimize WordPress-based websites, including content updates, layout improvements, and user experience enhancements.
- Lead search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives and support paid advertising efforts such as Google Ads to improve visibility and lead generation.
- Execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and client communications to promote services, support cross-selling, and encourage referrals.
- Rebrand and adapt existing marketing materials to ensure consistency across platforms and alignment with current messaging.
- Support social media activity, including LinkedIn content, posts, and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate tracking of leads, outreach activity, and engagement progress to support reporting and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategy, client engagement initiatives, and process improvements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for new leads by initiating outreach, responding to inquiries, sharing information, and coordinating meetings with senior team members.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including lead generation and client engagement strategies.
- Hands-on experience working with WordPress websites and content management systems.
- Working knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
- Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with prospects and clients.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing, marketing coordination, or client engagement role.
- Proven experience with search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads, and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.).
- Experience supporting lead generation initiatives and coordinating meetings or handoffs to senior stakeholders.
- Background working in professional services, technology, or B2B environments is considered an asset.
- Digital Marketing Execution: Comfortable managing websites, campaigns, and marketing tools in a hands-on capacity.
- Organization and Follow-Through: Strong ability to coordinate meetings, manage timelines, and ensure seamless handoffs.
- Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Initiative and Adaptability: Comfortable working in an evolving environment and contributing ideas to improve processes and outcomes.
- Client Engagement: Ability to build rapport, communicate value, and maintain professional relationships with prospects and clients.
- This role will transition to a salaried position upon permanent hire ranging between 65k-75k depending on experience and qualifications.
