- Create executive summaries and presentations on recruitment metrics, market insights, and hiring progress.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, HR, and other departments to understand and fulfill talent needs.
- Team Management & Development
- Coach and mentor team members to develop their recruitment skills and career growth.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across the recruitment function.
- Recruitment Execution
- Source, screen, and evaluate high-quality sales candidates using various recruitment channels.
- Build comprehensive talent pipelines, talent maps and identify, engage and attract passive sales talent.
- Support the implementation of a structured interview processes for sales roles at all levels.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior and strategic sales positions.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and executive leadership.
- Provide consultative guidance to stakeholders on market conditions, compensation trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences to enhance employer brand.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent recruitment practices across regions.
- 7+ years of recruitment experience with at least 3-5 years specializing in SaaS sales recruitment
- Deep understanding of sales roles, competencies, and performance indicators
- Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, sourcing strategies, and assessment methods
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proven ability to build value propositions and attract passive talent
- Experience creating data-driven reports and executive summaries
- Experience recruiting for Cyber Security sales roles preferred
- Global or multi-region recruitment experience preferred
