OverviewAs an Account Manager, Influencer your job is to partner with clients to relentlessly pursue innovative creative thinking, with a focus on identifying and leveraging new trends, executing programs, and developing client relationships. An essential ingredient of your success is the ability to partner and collaborate with a number of internal and external stakeholders.This role requires a passionate team leader with very strong creative, strategic thinking and organizational abilities. A strategic, creative and analytical thinker who can create cross-channel media strategies for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support influencer communication deliverables to meet client objectives, while acting as project lead under senior leaders on campaigns
- Very strong in client communications and account management
- Experience with influencer advertising (strategy development and executional experience)
- Build strategic influencer programs including partner selection, vetting, outreach, negotiation and contracts, creative briefing/reviews/edits, paid media integration and analytics/reporting.
- Have strong knowledge of the influencer marketing space, key players and industry changes leveraging our in-house platform (powered by CreatoriQ)
- Work alongside our creative teams to develop creative for influencers campaigns
- Strong understanding of content strategy implementation
- Demonstrate a superior understanding of the Canadian influencer landscape and update broader team on emerging trends in the industry
- Proficiency in insight gathering and analytics; ability to implement an effective reporting strategy on the metrics that matter to measure content performance and make timely suggestions on how to optimize (ongoing tracking and implementation of industry & brand best practices)
- Write social media posts, internal/external emails, client communications and other communications
- Build and manage strategic influencer campaigns to grow and achieve business goals
- Participating in forecasting budgets and invoicing for a specific set of client accounts; participate in organic growth of existing client base
- Acumen for influencer creative development; ability to work with and manage production partners during client campaign planning and execution ((i.e. manage creative specs and assets, work collaboratively with project manager, clients and partners on detailed work back schedules, prepare and manage promotions plans etc.)
- Work alongside IAT partners to manage trafficking and content deployment
- 4-6 years of experience in public relations with experience in the influencer space
- Extensive experience in media relations, social media, event management, community management, and influencer relations
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms such as Meta, Instagram, X, Pinterest, etc. is needed
- Bachelor’s and/or post-graduate degree in Communications, Advertising, Media Studies or a related field
- Passionately committed to collaboration and is a dynamic team player

- Shows strong initiative as an entrepreneurial thinker taking independent actions and calculated risks
- Superior time management and organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively manage all internal and external relationships, vendors and agency partners
