This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative support, light reporting, and front-line communication.What You'll Do
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain internal databases with accuracy
- Review and format internal reports to ensure completeness and consistency
- Prepare client-ready documentation for internal approval and distribution
- Coordinate daily communications, ensuring reports and invoices are sent out on time
- Maintain and update customer and account records
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed
- 1-3 years in an administrative or office support role with data entry requirements.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High attention to detail with the ability to review and correct documents accurately
- Ability to learn quickly, follow templates/processes, and work independently
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Comfortable working fully in-office, Monday to Friday
