In this contract role, you will transform traditional training programs into dynamic, digital, and blended learning solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast- paced team that values creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement in learning and development.Pay rate: $42.56/hour.Location: Toronto, ONShifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pmJob type: Temporary | Full-timeHere's why you should apply:Hires fast, pays weekly.4% vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque.Medical and dental benefits once qualified.Free training programsNew and quicker onboarding processResponsibilities:Transforming instructor-led training into engaging, sustainable blended learning experiences.Creating high-quality digital learning assets including e-learning, micro-videos, job aids, and scripts.Promoting self-study and learner-driven development through interactive resources.Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and team members to ensure content accuracy and relevance.Staying current with learning trends and best practices and using emerging technologies to develop innovative learning solutions.Ensuring training materials are visually engaging and learner focused.Requirements:Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.Certificate in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or 5+ years of experience designing digital learning resources.Ability to quickly understand complex concepts and translate them into engaging, easy-to-follow learning content.Self-motivated and able to work independently under tight timelines.Proficient in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).Skilled in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).Experience creating training videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.Strong visual design skills-able to create learning materials that are both effective and visually engaging.Bilingual in English and French is an asset.Experience in financial services or wealth management is considered an advantage.Experience developing onboarding training curriculums.Familiarity with uploading and managing content in a Learning Management System (LMS).Apply now to this Learning Experience Designer job in Toronto, ON for immediate employment consideration.
