- Oversee debt and cash activities, including monitoring draws, repayments, rollovers on credit facilities, and ensuring accurate, timely debt and cash flow forecasts at both consolidated and entity levels.
- Own period end and regulatory reporting for debt, including month/quarter/year end close activities, external debt disclosures, covenant and compliance reporting, and related analysis.
- Maintain and optimize treasury tools (e.g., TMS, banking platforms), ensuring data integrity, appropriate user access and controls, and driving enhancements and automation initiatives.
- Ensure strong internal control and SOX compliant processes within treasury, including documentation, testing support, and responding to internal and external audit requests.
- Lead and/or support treasury related projects and transactions (e.g., system implementations, capital markets activities, acquisitions), effectively partnering with Finance, Legal, Tax, and other internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; a recognized accounting or finance designation (e.g., CPA or CFA) or advanced progress toward completion is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury operations or a closely related finance role with exposure to cash management, debt, and internal controls.
- Strong systems orientation, with experience in treasury management systems and ERP/reporting tools; prior experience with Kyriba or similar platforms is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in an environment with change and ambiguity, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, and to build effective relationships across functions and levels.
