The Role - Recruitment Consultant (Edmonton)
As a Recruiter at Aplin, you will play a key role in delivering top talent across office professionals, accounting, HR and finance disciplines while partnering closely with Account Managers and clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for office professional, accounting, HR and finance roles
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and future roles
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process
  • Develop long-term relationships with candidates to understand career goals and market trends
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and deliver on searches efficiently
  • Stay up to date on market trends
What We Look For
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing or related customer service role.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong ability to connect with candidates and build trust quickly
  • Self-Starter: Proactive and driven-comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to influence and engage
  • Resilience & Drive: Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with a sense of urgency
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team success
  • Qualifications: University degree or diploma preferred
