Saanich Commonwealth Place is seeking multiple Assistant Lifeguards to provide supplemental supervision of activities in the water while promoting a friendly and enjoyable recreational atmosphere. This important role will also assist in emergency situations under the direction of a lifeguard or team leader.Requirements for this position: Minimum age of 15 years old; Bronze Cross (current within 2 years; and current Standard First Aid / CPRC (SFA/CPR-C) award. Employment is subject to provision of a satisfactory police information check with vulnerable sector check (PIC-VS). Renewal of PIC-VS is required per policy.As a component of the selection process, testing will be conducted.
