Crafted from natural materials, they guide customers through immersive sensorial experiences anchored by our signature sink — unique to each location.Growing our culture-focused team means finding those who share the belief that we are a part in the greater ecosystem, working together to make a positive impact in our communities and for the Earth.Are you a natural fit for the new world of Rocky?The positionThe Shipping Specialist is responsible for picking and packing our amazing natural products and sending them out to our Rocky fans nationwide.This is a full-time permanent position working Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm at our Workshop in Canmore, Alberta.What you'll be doing
  • Review orders received from our sales channels (E-Commerce, Retail, Strategic Partnerships)
  • Pick product orders from inventory ensuring accuracy
  • Pack orders according to Rocky standards
  • Ship orders and process online via UPS/Canada Post
  • Manage inventory control system
  • Clean and maintain work station
Does this sound like you?
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented, self-motivated, self-starter
  • Intermediate written and spoken English skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capable of handling physical work, including: bending, pushing, pulling, standing and lifting weight up to 50lbs (23kg) repetitively
  • Ability to work in a highly scented environment
