What's the Job?Location: Thorold, ON (Hybrid: In-office Mon/Tue/Thu, Remote Wed/Fri)
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Pay Rate (T4): $22.86/hour
Interview: Not requiredKey Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meter activation requests and schedule appointments using SAP and Maximo
  • Support builders and contractors with natural gas installation status
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email
  • Investigate billing/compliance issues and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure inspections and billing are completed before occupancy
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of customer service or coordination experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting
  • Proficient with computer systems (SAP, Maximo preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Familiarity with EGIS Web, CCWorksuite
