Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring safe and efficient municipal infrastucture projects. The right candidate will bring strong technical skills, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work well in a team environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Operate hydraulic excavators to perform digging, trenching, loading, and grading tasks.
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
  • Work closely with site supervisors to meet project specifications and schedules.
  • Follow all site safety protocols and company policies.
  • Assist with other construction tasks as required when equipment is not in use.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators on construction sites.
  • Strong knowledge of excavation techniques, soil types, and safe trenching practices.
  • Commitment to safety and teamwork.
