- Minimum 2 years in a business analysis, strategy, marketing, or research role. Experience in professional services firm is a strong asset.
- Strong quantitative research, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled and proficient with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and languages like DAX.
- Skilled and proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
- Ability to work quickly and accurately while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Familiar with research database tools such as Statista, IBIS World, Gartner, etc.
- Ability to draw insights and tell a story with data
- Highly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and works well in a team environment
- Solid interpersonal skills, coaching skills, collaboration and proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries
- Success-driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment
- French language skills are an asset but not required
